Wingstop Flavour Club: loyalty built around flavour
Wingstop UK's new loyalty programme, Flavour Club, is live. We designed and built the member experience, and it runs on 24social Enterprise.

Flavour Club, Wingstop UK's new loyalty programme, is live at flavourclub.co.uk, launched in time for university freshers. 24social designed and built the member experience, from the first sign-up to the digital wallet card, drops and games, and the whole thing runs on 24social Enterprise.
Loyalty that feels like Wingstop
Wingstop is all about flavour, so Flavour Club is too. Members join on the web with no app to download, add their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and collect stamps every time they visit, wherever they order. Rewards come early, and every flavour they try fills up their Flavour Progress Bar, so working through the menu becomes part of the fun.
Between visits, there's always something new: monthly member-only drops, games, birthday treats, student unlocks and a feed of the latest launches. The first drop, Hot Honey, offers one-of-a-kind swag and bespoke custom grillz.
Why 24social Enterprise was the right foundation
A loyalty programme isn't a one-off campaign. It has to keep changing, with new drops, new flavours and new reasons to come back, and it has to work smoothly for every member from day one. That's exactly what 24social Enterprise is built for.
- Wingstop's team is in control. The marketing team manages the landing page, sign-up form, drops, member feed and order links themselves, so a new drop goes live when they're ready, not when a developer is free.
- Built from reusable components. Drop pages, feed posts and campaign cards are flexible building blocks. New ideas, like a drop with its own entry form, can launch without a rebuild.
- Connects to the tools Wingstop already uses. Enterprise's headless architecture plugs into Wingstop's loyalty, ordering and student verification services, bringing them together in one branded experience.
- Fast and reliable on every device. Wingstop's audience is young and mobile-first, so we tested Flavour Club on 22 device and browser setups, from iPhone SE to Galaxy Tab, along with speed, stability and SEO checks before launch.
- Ready to grow. Because everything is managed in one platform, new features and member experiences can be added as the programme evolves.
More than websites
Most people know 24social Enterprise as the platform behind multi-site hospitality websites. Flavour Club shows what else it can do: the same platform that manages venue websites across whole estates can power a member experience, a campaign hub or a loyalty programme, all managed by your own team.
