Redesigning Fuller's brands.
How our Customer Success team redesigned the websites for Fuller's brands, including Bel & the Dragon and the Cotswold Inns.
Fuller's runs pubs and hotels across southern England, and a set of brands with their own character, including Bel & the Dragon and the Cotswold Inns.
The brief
Each brand needed a website that felt like the places themselves: country inns, dining pubs and hotels, rather than a template shared with the rest of the estate. The pages also had to be straightforward for Fuller's teams to keep up to date.
What we redesigned
Our Customer Success team redesigned the brand websites with Fuller's marketing and digital teams:
- A look of its own for each brand. Bel & the Dragon and the Cotswold Inns each have a design built around the brand, from photography and type to how stays, dining and what's on are presented.
- Clearer pages for guests. Menus, rooms and occasions are easier to find, and each site reads well on a phone.
- Easier to look after. The sites run on 24social Enterprise, so the teams update content in one place rather than handing every change to an agency.
Why Enterprise fits
One platform holds the brands, and each keeps the design that suits it. A change to shared components improves every site, while photography, offers and seasonal pages stay with the brand team.
