Times24 UK is part of the PARK24 Group and manages more than 200 car parks across the UK, at airports, train stations, hospitals, universities, retail sites and hospitality venues.
The brief
Drivers need to find a car park, check how to pay and get on with their day. Business partners need to understand what Times24 can do for their site. Times24 wanted one website that serves both, and stays accurate as car parks are added and changed.
What we built
Times24's website runs on Enterprise as a directory:
- A page for every car park, managed as structured content so details stay consistent across the estate.
- Find parking from the homepage, so drivers get to the right location quickly.
- Clear payment guidance covering app, pay later, Autopay and on-site options, with notes where services differ by car park.
- Service pages for Times Partner Services and airport operations such as Gatwick.
